Pay for your event
A non-refundable 50% down payment of the grand total is requested upon confirmation. The remaining 50% should be paid within 30 days prior to the event. All flower arrangements and decorations must be finalized by Bon Aparte Flowers. Missing/broken rental items will be billed to the client at current replacement costs.
Flowers are subject to change depending on availability. You will be given advance notice of all changes. Changes to the order must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Items will not be delivered until payment has been completed.
All items delivered by Bon Aparte Flowers (except the fresh flowers) are our property and will be picked up after the event. The breakdown fee does not include cleaning of the venue after the event.
Extended Substitution Policy:
Flowers are a product of nature, dependent on season and markets.
There may be some variation of floral varieties and color tones based on seasonal availability.
Our design team creates your order using your selected style as inspiration.
We make every effort to create arrangements as pictured, however, please trust our florists to select beautiful flowers, greenery, and vases if your choice is not available.
