A non-refundable 50% down payment of the grand total is requested upon confirmation. The remaining 50% should be paid within 30 days prior to the event. All flower arrangements and decorations must be finalized by Bon Aparte Flowers. Missing/broken rental items will be billed to the client at current replacement costs.
Flowers are subject to change depending on availability. You will be given advance notice of all changes. Changes to order must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to event date. Items will not be delivered until payment has been completed.
All items delivered by Bon Aparte Flowers (except the fresh flowers) are it’s property and will be picked up after the event. Breakdown fee does not include cleaning of the venue after the event.
